Line an 8x8 pan with parchment leaving an overhang on all sides. Set aside. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">In a medium bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">In another medium sized bowl, add the softened butter, white sugar and brown sugar on medium high speed until well combined and smooth, about 2 minutes. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Once the butter and sugars have been incorporated, add the Peach &amp; Cloudberry skyr, the egg, egg yolk, oil and vanilla extract until smooth and combined. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">On low speed, gently add the flour mixture until fully combined. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Pour\/spread this batter evenly on the lined pan. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Evenly spread the caramel sauce on the bar base make sure to leave a quarter inch border on the sides. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Once the caramel sauce has been spread, arrange the sugared peaches on top. Discard any extra water released from the peaches. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Break up the crumble and spread it evenly over the peaches. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Bake for 30-35 minutes or until fully baked through.
