Set aside.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Add milk, skyr, maple syrup and egg into a bowl and whisk until smooth. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Add the dry flour mixture into the wet mixture and whisk until smooth. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Stir in 1 chopped apricots and chopped almonds. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Pour the mixture into the dish and place onto a baking tray to catch any spills. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Bake for about 15 \u2013 20 minutes or until just golden brown, puffy and the edges pull away.
